Start a shipment in Amazon Seller CentralGo to Send to Amazon, add your products, and select your quantities. When prompted, download the box template Excel file.

Upload the template hereDrop the downloaded
.xlsxfile below. This tool will automatically fill in all box quantities and dimensions based on your product database. -
Download the filled fileReview the preview, then download the completed file.

Upload back to AmazonBack in Seller Central, upload the filled file to complete the box content step.
